I am a senior who has kept up with the latest news on cures for dementia using foods.  And FINALLY there is a breakthrough!!

Yale University has completed a study in August of 2014.  The study identified a simple bacteria as the root cause of all types of dementia.

Other people have identified certain foods ...that when combined...in certain proportions.....can eliminate that simple bacteria from our brains.  They claim that over forty thousand people have already cured themselves with their 21 day memory healer 101 program.

I found the memory healer 101 program a little challenging so

I went one step further and prepared shorter lists of the foods provided in the memory healer program that I then choose from in the recommended proportions.

What I have achieved is one simple basic vegetable SALAD I call 4AD SALAD.

If YOU WANT A FRUIT SALAD PLEASE email me.

I cannot offer proof yet that simply eating salad - twice a day for 21 days - will cure your forgetfullness....(until those people who have successfully used this program for 21 days in a row)...email me their written accounting of how this cured them. But if given permission by those cured, I would gladly provide a page for success stories!

Please CONTACT US with your good news!

HOW TO MAKE LEAFY GREENS TASTE REALLY GOOD  QUICK & EASY

Many greens like collards, and kale are pre-washed and dried and will stay fresh for a week in their own packaging.  Better yet buy them frozen so you always have a variety to choose from.  Just buy chicken and or vegetable broth (in the soup isle ) and boil a handful of the frozen veges in a cup of broth for a real quick and yummy treat. EVEN my grandaughter gobbled up her greens when prepared this way with a pat of real butter and salt!  SUBSTITUTE ounce for ounce the salad greens  with these leafy greens!
